The Materials

These reproduction clubs are authentic to the tiniest detail, including an original makers stamp. Shafts are made from the finest quality hickory or ash, and "scarf" joined to Beech heads, then beautifullly shaped and carefully distressed.

Poured lead back weights, doweled ram's horn, brass sole plates, leather face inserts, and hand pitched whipping are all used where applicable. Even the grips are of the highest quality calf or sheep skin, depending on the model.
