CREATION OF THE
"GREATER" MURRAMARANG NATIONAL PARK


This proposal will create the "Greater" Murramarang National Park on the south coast of New South Wales (Maps 1 and 2). The Park’s boundaries will be:

  • to the north the freehold land of Bawley Point
  • to the south the freehold land of Maloney’s Beach
  • to the east the ocean’s low water mark and
  • to the west the Princes Highway.

 

The "Greater" Murramarang National Park will be approximately 10,000 hectares and will include the lands of:

  • The existing Murramarang National Park
